Alfabet/ abjad

Pada pelajaran ini para murid kelas 3 SD diharapkan menguasai alphabet dalam bahasa Inggris.

Baca abjad di atas beberapa kali dengan bersuara hingga kamu menghafalkannya.

“Alphabet”  biasanya digunakan untuk  pengucapan  sinkatan, seperti:

W H O   (dobelyu – eitj – ou)   -  World  Health  Organization = Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia

W T C              -  World  Trade  Centre = Pusat Perdagangan Dunia

I  C  W             -  International  Corruption  Watch = Pengawas Korupsi Internasional

V O A              -  Voice  Of  America = Nama Stasiun Televisi Amerika

“Alphabet”  juga digunakan untuk mengeja  kata atau ungkapan  untuk memperjelas maksud si pembicara, karena dalam bahasa Inggris banyak kata yang hampir bersamaan bunyinya. Misalnya:

BAG    -    BEG     -      BACK  yang mana yang anda maksudkan?  (Please spell)

Yang  saya maksudkan  adalah  (Spelling)  B /bɩ/  -   A /eɩ/   -   G /jɩ/    = BAG

Kata BAG – dibunyikan /bæg/ (bunyi huruf A dalam kata ‘bag’ dibunyikan agak panjang, seolah dobel e).

Kata BEG – dibunyikan /beg/ (Bunyi huruf  E dalam kata ‘beg’ dibunyikan normal.

Kata BACK – dibunyikan /bæg/ (bunyi huruf A dalam kata ‘back’ dibunyikan agak panjang, seolah dobel e).

BED   -    BAD   -    BET     -    BAT             yang mana yang anda maksudkan?  (Please spell)

Yang saya maksudkan adalah  (spelling)       B /bɩ/  -   E /ɩ/   -   D /dɩ/  = BED

Kata BED – dieja: B /bɩ/ - A /ɩ/ - D /dɩ/.

Kata BED – dibunyikan /bed/ (bunyi huruf E dalam kata ‘bed’ dibunyikan biasa, dan berakhir dengan bunyi huruf ‘d’.  bed = tempat tidur.

Kata BAD – dieja: B /bɩ/ - A /eɩ/ - D /dɩ/.

Kata BAD – dibunyikan /bæd/. (bunyi huruf A dalam kata ‘bad’ dibunyikan /æ/, seperti bunyi huruf e panjang). Bad = buruk, jelek

Kata BET – dieja: B /bɩ/ - E /ɩ/  -  T /tɩ/.

Kata BET - dibunyikan /bet/. (bunyi huruf E dalam kata ‘bet’ dibunyikan biasa, dan berakhir dengan bunyi huruf ‘t’.

Kata BAT – dieja: B /bɩ/ - E /eɩ/  -  T /tɩ/.

Kata BAT - dibunyikan /bæt/. (bunyi huruf A dalam kata ‘bat’ dibunyikan /æ/, seperti bunyi huruf e panjang).

SIMPLE SENTENCE

Present Tense

Affirmative Sentence  -  Kalimat pernyataan positip

Third Person Singular Subject

AUXILIARY VERBS

Auxiliary verb is used in question and negative sentences.

         

Do, does  -  digunakan untuk bertanya pada kalimat yang mengandung tindakan (action sentence), dan ditempatkan mendahului subyek kalimat.

Camping

           Some years ago, my friends and I climbed the mountain which was not far from our home. We gathered in Diko’s home to prepare the food, utensil, tent and others. After all the climber members had gathered , we decided to start to go there at 5 p.m.

           Along the ascent, we told about funny story, sang and sometimes stopped our weakness. Around 6 , we stopped to give change everyone to do the maghrib pray. At 7 We continued climbing until 9 night. Finally we got the top of the mountain, we prepared to set the tent, for girl prepared the dinner. After finishing all, we went bed.

           Next day, we woke up earlier at 4 a.m, it meant to see the sun rise, we were so amazed to see it directly through the mountain. While enjoying the sun rise view, the girls prepared the breakfast and the boys made the out bond games for us. Around 8, we finished having breakfast and continued having games. There were moving stone game, blowing the balloon and “bakiak”. I followed all the games, it was so fun.

           The time showed 1 p.m, it was time to us to go back from the mountain. We tidied all and walk down the mountain. We felt so happy after climbing the mountain. Many experiences we got there, friendship and what a wonderful world. I hope can get there again next time although I will never know.
